Think that this luxury hotel is beyond compare, enjoyed it. The rooms are cosy with comfortable beds, so that guests have essentials.
There is bad smell in some places.

Choose double room with very comfortable bed. The breakfast had lots of appetising options, and was above average. It was in a central setting right by the Piccadilly tube line.

Location super close to the subway. Room large, bathroom new and very clean.
Carpeting would have to be replaced.

I had a fairly nice experience here, everything was nice, the location was ideal very close to and around London and the centre of Hounslow, which is a much improved town, with a good range of shops and plenty of food outlets including a very good' street food' complex.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Very clean, good location for us.
A little noisy from the street. You can always hear the beeping from the traffic light. It's annoying. . The breakfast we always got ourselves because 1. the breakfast offered by the hotel is much too expensive. 12 pounds isn't even a buffet in London City. . . 2. the breakfast room has no air conditioning. In the morning the sun heats up on the conservatory, it's like a sauna. Staff not exactly friendly loud grim staff of Indian origin.

Staff friendly, close to the airport and the underground
Very loud room, one could hear every toilet flush of the whole hotel in one room.

We had to check out before the official breakfast times to get our flight, they prepared extra breakfast boxes for us and in a nutshell even vegetarian. Sure, it wasn't such a big package, but we were very happy about this service.

I was spending an evening/night in London centre and found this location ideal as it was only a short walk to the tube station on the Picaddilly line. Facilities were good and there was a modern feel to the hotel. Would stay again.

convenient car park, responsive internet, ample sized rooms
Soundproofing is lacking!!! The persistent street noise, along with odor issues in the disability room, really detracts from the experience. Plus, the overflow car park situation could use a rethink!!!

Large rooms, new modern bathroom, nice staff
Beds lying through, loud when rooms are facing the street, no nice part of town to be on the road in the evening, carpet partly dirty

This hotel is best if you are going out for a long flight as it so close to the airport, so you can relax one night before the flight if you are out of London area

The location is excellent, able to reach everything quickly.
The cleaning of the room was very poor and unhygenic. Check in staff were not friendly.
